Delivery Information

Our standard UK-wide delivery charge is £3.50 with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. 

As we are a marketplace, if you are ordering from multiple brands please expect to receive the delivery packages separately. 

We take the eco-friendliness of our packaging seriously. We have strict guidelines for what packaging can be used to keep plastic to an absolute minimum and you can find out what packaging is used for the postage in the postage and packaging of each product. 

Some of our brands offer free delivery and this is made clear in the the product description. Please note, if you add a product from a brand which doesn’t have free delivery the cost will be the typical charge.

If you live in Europe, please contact us and we might be able to ship to you subject to international delivery rates. We're excited to announce that you will also be able to order from our site direct this month!
