Combining your Gua Sha ritual with Inlight oil-based products will ensure a smooth glide whilst helping to deeply absorb the organic nutrients of your chosen product.
This ancient Chinese massage technique includes the use of a smooth stone to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood/lymphatic flow, encouraging skin health.
When used on the face, the gentle pressure and strokes encourage the energy flow whilst the smooth-edged stone helps the skin’s elasticity and tone.
Dr Spiezia has chosen an Amethyst, a remarkable stone used for centuries to calm the mind and soothe emotions.

Our chosen sustainably sourced Amethyst:
For those unavoidably stressful situations, amethyst can help you get back to a place of calm and relaxation.
Dr Spiezia has chosen this remarkable stone as used for centuries to calm the mind and soothe emotions. Its inherent high frequency, the distinct violet colour in the light spectrum contribute to clean the aura creating a protective shield around the body.
Intended to address the flow of stagnant energy and promote wellness, Gua Sha massage was traditionally used all over the body to reduce inflammation.

Take a deep breath in and set your intentions for your Gua Sha ritual.
Spend a few minutes focusing on your breath.
Place the amethyst Gua Sha flat on the third eye in between your eyebrows and the centre of your forehead and hold it for a few seconds.
Then follow our step by step ritual found in the leaflet included.
- Work gently and slowly applying feather light pressure working outwards and down
- Support the skin with the other hand. This will avoid any unnecessary tugging of the skin, and give you better control.
- Hold your stone as flat as possible or at a 15-degree angle.
- For best results use daily with your favourite INLIGHT BEAUTY product.
This will aid product absorption and leave your skin looking radiant.
CAUTION: avoid using the Gua Sha on open wounds.
Note: you can use Gua Sha on acneic skin, however it should be avoided over broken skin or active pustules.
Tip: place the tool in cold water for a few minutes then hold flat over the breakout, this will help calm inflammation.
All matter is surrounded by its own vibrational energy, as we know from Quantum Physics. Each Inlight alchemic symbol is the visual expression of the product’s unique vibrational “dance” and helps fine-tune you with the product archetype, going beyond the obvious appearance.
