They all contain over 75% vegetables - compare that to anything else available.

14 portions are packed in to a small jar and a teaspoon (7.5g) per half litre of water is all you need per portion.  

Use them to add seasoning and depth of flavour to any food you're cooking in or with water (soups, stews, vegetables, pasta, rice etc) and you'll be glad you did.
